200g rice noodles
300g chicken breast, sliced
3 tbsp fish sauce
2 tbsp tamarind paste
1 tbsp palm sugar
2 eggs
Bean sprouts, green onions, peanuts, lime
Soak noodles in warm water for 20 minutes. Mix fish sauce, tamarind, and sugar for the sauce.
Stir-fry chicken in a very hot wok, add noodles and sauce, push to side and scramble eggs. Toss together with bean sprouts. Top with peanuts, green onions, and lime.
