2 cups all-purpose flour
2 tsp baking powder
½ tsp baking soda
2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
2 cups buttermilk
2 eggs
3 tbsp melted butter
Whisk dry ingredients together. In a separate bowl, combine buttermilk, eggs, and melted butter. Gently fold wet into dry — lumps are fine!
Cook on a buttered griddle over medium heat until bubbles form on top, then flip. Serve with maple syrup and fresh berries.
