Chocolate Lava Cake

Ingredients

• 150g dark chocolate (70%)

• 150g butter

• 4 eggs + 4 yolks

• 150g icing sugar

• 60g plain flour

Instructions

Melt chocolate and butter together. Whisk eggs, yolks, and sugar until thick. Fold in chocolate mixture, then flour.

Pour into buttered ramekins and bake at 200°C for exactly 10-12 minutes. The edges should be set but center still wobbly. Unmold immediately and serve with vanilla ice cream.
